Amazing
This cigar is simply an incredible smoke. Great draw, perfect burn and the taste is amazing. As close to a Cuban Partagas Serie D No 4 as it gets. Medium body, beautiful wrapper and pepper and spice flavor.
Patina Sumatra Cigars
New from Mombacho Cigars S.A.’s Casa Favilli factory in Grenada, Nicaragua. Patina Cigars is the creation of Mo Maali, Mombacho’s recently appointed national sales manager. The Patina cigar line is currently available in two blends a Connecticut and Habano. According to Mo Maali; “Patina is an oxidation process that, over time, produces a green film over bronze or copper,” referring to what people might be familiar with seeing on statues or buildings. “In the same spirit, our experiences in life shape our opinions, attitudes and beliefs. Just as those buildings underneath the patina retain their original character, we too as human beings will always be ourselves at our core. No matter what happens in life, always be true to yourself,” he added.
The Patina Connecticut uses an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, Nicaraguan binder and fillers from Nicaragua and Pennsylvania, and like many other modern Connecticut cigars, promises to change the idea of what a mild cigar should be. The cigars are packaged in 16 count boxes and available in four popular sizes.

I am a long time cigar smoker and have even traveled to Cuba. My favorite cigar was the Partagas Serie D No 4 from Cuba and nothing else ever came close. I have to say this Sumatra wrapped Patina may be the closest cigar to the Serie D that I've ever smoked. It is my new favorite and I will re-order. Beautiful burn, medium body, spicy masterpiece.
