ORDERING FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
All International shipments are having major delays due to COVID-19. On average shipping times can take 2 to 3 times longer than normal.
AtlanticCigar.com welcomes international and APO/FPO (Military) orders. Due to the complexities involved with International Shipping, such as customs clearance and local carrier procedures, the following policies and requirements will be applied to all international orders:
FOR ALL FIRST-TIME INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Atlantic Cigar Co. will charge your credit card an undisclosed amount under $20 US Dollars. Before we can process your order, you need to find out the amount you were billed and email us that amount. An Email will be sent by one of Atlantic Cigars representatives that goes into detail about this procedure. This security charge will be refunded after the correct amount is provided. This is a onetime process. Once you verify the amount you will not have to complete this process again. This process is to protect our consumers and Atlantic Cigar Co. from fraudulent activity.
SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
The USPS received notice that various postal operators are no longer able to process or deliver international mail or services originating from the United States due to service disruptions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Orders will only be accepted from China and Canada. We will no longer be shipping to the rest of the world until the pandemic is over.
All international shipping rates will be charged based on your location and the weight of your order. When checking out you will be given a calculated cost of your shipping rates. We ship international packages with the United States Postal Service, using their Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express services. We have found that they have the best success rate with delivery
Customers are responsible for complying with their countries local and federal tobacco laws. Atlantic Cigar is not responsible for knowing your counties tobacco regulations. By placing an order with Atlantic Cigar Co. customers are agreeing to assume all risks involved. We mark all customs forms as "Gift" and we send "person" to "person".
All orders will be declared as the correct contents of the order placed. Due to United States Customs regulations all packages must be declared correctly. Atlantic Cigar Co. will not be responsible for the package if stopped by customs. If your customs agency happens to stop the package you may be able refuse it and have it returned to sender or pay the applicable taxes/duties involved.
You must notify Atlantic Cigar Co. that the package is being returned. Once the package is returned to Atlantic Cigar Co. you will be notified via email. Your original order can then be re-shipped or Atlantic Cigar Co. can issue a credit or refund for the amount of the product only. NOT the original shipping cost. This postage is deemed used and cannot be refunded. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if you decide to have your order re-shipped. By placing an order, you are agreeing to pay the full shipping amount, due to the calculated weight of your package*.
All sales are final! If the package is lost, damaged, or held in customs - it will be the customers or purchaser's responsibility.

*Atlantic Cigar Co. reserves the right to open and inspect all items for freshness and defects prior to shipping.
*Shipping rates may need to be recalculated due to size and weight. Additional postage maybe required.
