Altar Q is a special cigar packed in a 16-count box that is a replica of the altar imagery and concept of the monument itself. Each cigar represents one of the 16 Copan rulers and they are placed in the same order that they appear in the monument. Wrapped in an Ecuadorian Sumatra leaf this cigar is worthy of a sacrifice.
