Use to be a good smoke

I have been smoking these toros for some time, good flavor and a good draw, but the last few orders something has changed. I’ve been ordering the 10 packs and the last few orders at least 3 in the 10 pack have been rolled so tight they had no draw or they had a very heavy draw, I called these “sticks”. Hopefully they can get Montercristo to evaluate the issue or have the quality checker to pay better attention. I have changed to another brand. Not happy.
