A new for edition for 2017 Drew Estate, adding to their highly success Liga Undercrown line. The Undercrown Sun Grown adds a natural reddish brown Ecuadorian Sumatra Sun Grown wrapper to the series. The blend is comprised of a Ecuadorian Sumatra Sun Grown wrapper with a Connecticut River Valley Stalk Cut/Cured Sun Grown Habano binder, finishing the cigar is a core of Nicaraguan long fillers containing a specially aged Ligero from Nueva Segovia. The cigars of course are made at the La Gran Fabrica Drew Estate (Nicaragua) factory.

The result is a more pronounced spice and a little less of a sweetness as compared to the Liga Undercrown Maduro, thanks impart to the use of an Ecuadorian Sumatra sun-grown wrapper and the heavier hand of the Ligero tobacco in the filler. This new lineup is the perfect blend that was missing in the Undercrown family, a spicy robust flavor profile.
