The limited edition, multi-wrapper cigar starts with the Connecticut Shade leaf, creamy notes of sweet hay and graham cracker comes off the cigar. That mild to medium creaminess profile continues until the burn line touches the Maduro leaf, mixing the creamy notes with touches of stronger earth and pepper. As the darker leaf starts burning exclusively, a deeper sweetness and touches of espresso bean and cocoa powder. Pepper spice comes through nicely on the palate, while the retro-hale still features graham cracker and roasted nut notes.
