E.P. Carrillo La Historia Cigars

From the Carrillo Family comes the Perez-Carrillo La Historia Cigar. The first box-pressed cigar in the company’s portfolio; the Perez-Carrillo La Historia are created by founder and namesake Ernesto Perez-Carrillo. This line will be a part of a larger group of releases called "The Generations" series. The cigars will be now available in 20 count boxes. The blend is comprised of a San Andres maduro wrapper with an Ecuadorian Sumatra binder and fillers from both Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. The result is a solid smoke with complex flavors, notes of coca, earth with a nice balance of spice and sweetness.

EP can't be beat!

I'm a big fan of a boxed pressed robustos and the El Senador is hands down my favorite in the EPC line. Many favor the Pledge or Encore (both great), but to me, the La Historia is the best. I get a lot of pepper and white chocolate notes. Great for a 45 min to 1 hour smoke.
