Cohiba Black Robusto

My first time with this brand...stayed away because of price. I checked around to see what others had thought and price range...averaged the two together and bought some. First noticed that the draw was near hollow, very little resistance or smoke. You could actually see folds in the leaf as it burned. While it did allow a 1 inch ash when it fell off it splattered like a chopped filler might. It lasted about 1/3 of the time of that other Robusta's have. All that being said the taste was decent for the name but would have been a huge disappointment had I purchased it at the more stated prices. I will probably buy a couple more based on the 10x $59.99......definitely the price range for my experience

A “go to” cigar!

These cigars are worthy of their name. Smooth and flavorful from start to finish, regularly over an hour. Their downfall is that they are occasionally rolled so densely that you can’t draw smoke through them. If not for that I’d give them 5 stars.
