The Casa Magna Domus Magnus Limitada line from Quesada Cigars is back! The original line enjoyed very high marks from critics and cigar smokers alike, and the new release is almost identical to the first, a Nicaraguan Puro blended by Manuel Quesada and Nestor Plasencia, but sets itself apart with a different vintage wrapper tobacco: a 2007 Jalapa Sun Grown wrapper. Again the supply is limited, due to these cigars great popularity. We would recommend trying them out, because you won't be disappointed. Available in two sizes, the Optimus II (5 3/4 x 52) Toro and the Primus II (6 1/2 x 55) Gordo.
The latest addition to Quesada Cigars successful Casa Magna Domus Magnus II line is two new sizes, the Tiberius (6 x 54) and the Caligula Perfecto (6 x 60). The cigars have a unique “elliptical shape” which appears to be a rounded, flattened, box-pressed shape. The Domus Magnus II was released at the 2012 IPCPR show as an extension of the original Casa Magna Domus Magnus. The difference between the two was in the wrapper, with the Domus Magnus II using a 2007 Jalapa Sun Grown Nicaraguan wrapper. Quesada achieved this extremely unique shape not by box pressing the cigars, but by actually creating a special mold. The cigars come packaged in boxes of 10, and are finished with a classic pigtail.
