 After being strongly recommended by others at puff.com for AtlanticCigar.com having a great reputation, I decided to give them a try. The prices could not be beat even by the online mega-store retailers, and on top of that, they even threw in a free cigar "Spanish Galleon" which was an awesome smoke as well, with my box purchase of Oliva V!!! Shipping was at warp speed. I clicked, I ordered, they shipped, and I received in only a few days!!! The gentlemen at Atlantic Cigar are truly customer focused and answered my questions immediately!  AtlanticCigar.com is one of the only internet retailers that ship international orders (Netherlands) very fast and reliable! Customer service is excellent, return email on questions is almost instantaneous. Prices are some of the lowest found anywhere. Even though it is a bit of a pain to place an international order for the first time, your credit card gets billed for a small random amount under $2, then the exact amount has to be e-mail to them in order to verify that you have access to the credit card you are using, but it is well worth the effort! I have placed a number of orders and will definitely continue to do so in the future. You simply don't get the same amount of good service anywhere else.

 I was very skeptical at first when deciding to purchase online as opposed to my local shop. I was worried about quality and taste of the cigars I wanted, however, the bottom line was something I could not resist. So I ordered a box and waited patiently.  Fantastic service! This company immediately responded to my order of Dec 21st, and shipped out that same evening using UPS 3-day Select as I had chosen. The following day, they found out that UPS wasn't delivering on New Years Eve, except for Next and 2nd Day packages so they called me at home to let me know, and asked me if I wanted them to ship out another package using 2nd Day instead, which they did. I received the 2nd-Day package around noon on New Years Eve, and the salesman also offered me free shipping on both packages if I would accept the other one coming on Monday, which I gladly did, as it saved me about $25 overall. Also, their pricing is VERY reasonable! The particular cigar I purchased (A. Fuentes-Esquisitos) at $79 per box were listed on another website proclaiming to be at "wholesale" prices, but THEY wanted $122 per box for the very same thing, and even though they were giving away free shipping, it still was far from what Atlantic was charging, more than 25% higher even after shipping! I would highly recommend AtlanticCigar.com to anyone!!!
