Placencia 151
A Honduran cigar with Honduran fillers, Honduran binder, and a Honduran wrapper. However, the leaves were all harvested in 2016 by Plasencia. This cigar is a very tight wrap with great ash adherence, and has a very good draw with a V cut. Flavors of cocoa, walnuts, dried fruit, and a bit of a peppery taste as well. I see this listed as a mellow smoke, but it is mellow-medium to medium in my view. It has a pleasing retrohale also. I believe I paid about $15 for this stick and while it is certainly worth the price listed, getting it for even less at Atlantic is a really great thing. I am thoroughly enjoying this smoke! I would love to have them in my humidors.
