Perdomo 10th Anniversary Maduro & Sungrown Cigars
Perdomo has added two blends to the company’s well-established Reserve collection—best known for the Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Champagne Connecticut. The cigars are wrapped in either Nicaraguan maduro or Nicaraguan sun-grown wrappers, with both blends boasting six-year-aged Nicaraguan tobaccos throughout the entirety of the blend. The cigars are medium to full in body and come box-pressed, the tobaccos are sourced from Nicaragua’s three major growing regions (Estelí, Condega, and Jalapa Valley). Apart from the differences in wrapper variety, the two blends differ in wrapper processing as well, with the Maduro undergoing 14 months of secondary fermentation in used bourbon barrels; meanwhile, the Sun Grown’s wrapper has been barrel-aged for 10 months.
