Excellent smoke and great delivery service
Overview
The makers of Macanudo make the effort to grow their own Connecticut Shade wrappers in order to ensure they only use the most consistent and aromatic tobacco leaf for their cigars. The long fillers used in the Macanudo Café are aged twice, an old Cuban tradition, in order to produce only the smoothest and mild smoking experience.
The filler is a blend of select Piloto Cubano Dominican and Mexican tobaccos, and the binder is a Mexican San Andrean leaf, grown exclusively for Macanudo. Always well-constructed with no soft spots, smokers can count on a mild and extremely relaxing smoke. With sixteen vitolas from which to choose, and quality control that is spot on, it's no wonder that Macanudo Café is America's best selling cigar.

Macanudo Cafe Minatures
Atlantic Cigar sales and service are 5 Stars - always helpful and knowledgeable. I've left a 4-star review only because of the Cigar itself. Until a few months ago it was excellent for smoking and value for the purchase price. Now the cigar seems to have new personnel rolling the tobacco - perhaps one package out of four is rolled so tight the cigar draw is too difficult by far. I am breaking the cigar in half to smoke each half even then it is not great. The taste and quality are still excellent but the new rolling process is very disappointing.

Macanudo Cafe Miniatures
Well worth five-star ratings for years except for this last order. Ten boxes had cigars rolled so tight they would not light. I suspect they have someone new at the location where these are put together. The other ten boxes are consumed with relish as they have been doing for years.
