Joya De Nicaragua Antano Dark Corojo Cigars
These are toothy stogies with dark, oily wrappers that deliver rich full-bodied flavor while being surprisingly smooth on the palate. Joya de Nicaragua always uses only top-grade Nicaraguan tobaccos, the name means "Jewel of Nicaragua," they are aged for three years to produce perfectly fermented cigar tobacco. The long-filler ligero comprises 75% of each cigar, creating a slow, even burn and lots of flavor and strength. One of the cigar's two bands says "Doble Fuerte," which means "double strength" in Spanish, and if you try these cigars, you'll understand why. But even though these cigars are powerful, the full Nicaraguan tobacco flavor is accented with hints of unsweetened cocoa and nuts.
