The HVC Hot Cake uniqueness comes from its blend. HVC uses a Jalapa Corojo 99 with Esteli Corojo 98, for the binder and filler. Both are from Aganorsa Farms in Nicaragua. For the fillers they used three different varieties of a newer tobacco called Corojo 2006 Maduro. HVC specifically chose the viso from this extravagant plant to give this cigar a flavor profile like no other. The tobacco used gives this cigar a super-rich flavor profile with a ton of sweetness.
