The Diamond Crown Julius Caeser cigars honors the patriarch Julius Caeser "J.C." Newman. J.C. Newman was a pioneer in the cigar industry and founder of the J.C. Newman Cigar Company. He was born in 1875 in a small Hungarian village, J.C. and his family sailed across the Atlantic in 1888 in search of the American Dream. In 2010, to celebrate J.C.'s 135th birthday the company's 115th anniversary, the Newman family created a third Diamond Crown line that honors their grandfather, whose likeness appears on the cigar label. Diamond Crown Julius Caeser cigars are meticulously rolled by hand in small batched by Tabacalera A. Fuente cigar factory in the Dominican Republic. Made using flavorful Ecuadorian Havana-seed wrappers combine with a proprietary blend of smooth, robust tobacco from Central American, these tobaccos are then carefully aged for five years, to give Julius Caeser it's bold, rich distinctive flavor. These cigars were recently rated 89 – 93 in Cigar Aficionado Magazine, and available in limited supply.
