Caldwell Cigar Co. introduces The Last Tsar. This very limited release of only 1000 boxes of 10 is a unique blend that is not fully disclosed. What we do know, is that it's wrapped in a "hybrid" Connecticut Arapiraca maduro from the United States, and uses 100% Dominican binders and fillers. Caldwell has said that he used Dominican HVA 20/20, Carbonell, Corojo and Negrito tobaccos in the blend. Unlike the first release, the newest Last Tsar cigar was made at the company's new Caldwell Cigar Factory in the Dominican Republic.
