It is a medium-bodied, Connecticut Claro with a Connecticut shade wrapper filled with Dominican tobaccos. It offers an excellent draw and a delicate, natural, earthy set of flavors, hence the name. Earthy, woody, and slightly spicy but not overly powerful, it is a wonderful cigar to pair with your favorite spirits.
Arturo Fuente Sun Grown 8-5-8 Rosado - This is a medium to full-bodied cigar to serve the tastes of those who appreciate a more powerful blend of tobaccos that announces, rather than insinuates, its presence. Wrapped in Ecuadorian Sungrown Habano tobacco and filled with Dominican tobacco, this cigar is fairly robust and bursting with flavors. It is laden with notes of wood, fruit, earth, and chocolate, this cigar is a symphony of potent flavors that stimulate both the nose and palate. Just like the former, you can pair this cigar with your favorite drink to allow the smoke to warm the spirits or the spirits to cool the smoke, but this cigar is also an enjoyment unto itself. Arturo Fuente Hemingway Best Seller Maduro - Named in honor of the fabled Ernest Hemingway whose penchant for a good smoke is well known, this particular selection from the Arturo Fuente lines is another must-try. Don’t be fooled by the stiff dark presence of this Maduro - the Connecticut broadleaf wrapper and Dominican fillers are closer to medium-bodied than full. This cigar will present you with a retinue of flavors that includes leather, earth, woods, and spices. It offers excellent construction, burns evenly and forms a solid ash that is not too compact. Overall, it’s a must-try Fuente.
Arturo Fuente Don Carlos Belicoso - Named in honor of Don Carlos Fuente, the Belicoso offers somewhat more than a medium-bodied smoke without being overly powerful. A Cameroon wrapper complements the Dominican fillers perfectly. Slightly earthy, woody, spicy and even somewhat sweet, these cigars are a treat on their own. They also offer an excellent construction, so if you’re looking to settle down with some fine tobacco and unwind a bit, pick up some of these and let everything go at its own pace.
