This is a great cigar particularly in this price range. First few minutes were overly peppery for my taste (particularly the retro at the start) but settled down shortly thereafter giving way to notes of cocoa, coffee, cinnamon and leather on the palate with a very enjoyable white pepper/cinnamon/cocoa mix on the retrohale, which really complemented the notes on the palate. This is a big cigar with smoking time for me going about 90 minutes. I had to do 2 touch ups - near the start and end of the 2nd third. Draw was consistently good (not too firm, not too open) with dense smoke output throughout. Med+ to full body, creamy smoke texture throughout. After smoking 3, I bought a box and will likely buy another one to set aside before they're gone.

If the their ratings don't say enough, then allow me to enlighten you. From the blending to the construction and finally the enjoyment of smoking an EPC cigar, it don't get much better. The 15th Anniversary Gran Toro is a fitting crown for their celebration!
