INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
There will now be a $5 handling fee, due to the amount of forms needed to be filled out. This fee will be charged on all International orders on top of the shipping cost. We mark all customs forms as "Gift" and we send "person" to "person". There is no indication of cigars on the packages. However, we will not be responsible for the package if stopped by customs. If customs stops the package you may refuse it and have it re-delivered back to us. You then have the option of us re-shipping the package or we can issue a credit for the amount of the product only. NOT shipping cost. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if you decide to have it re-shipped. We ship Express Mail by the United States Postal Service, except to Canada; we ship by USPS Priority Mail. We cannot calculate shipping cost until the orders are packed, weighed and put into the USPS system. Shipping cost will not show up on your order. We will manually add the shipping charge to your bill. For an estimate on shipping cost you can go to you www.USPS.com. Policy Returns or Replace for damaged Products: Due to the high cost of shipping we are not responsible for damaged items, replacements will be made if shipping is paid for by the International Customer both ways, due to our low margins we can not accept responsibility for damaged or lost packages. We are willing to open and expect any boxes before they shipped to make sure they are in good quality if asked, since some customer prefer sealed boxes. The benefits of buying from us at this price level outweigh any risk; we have a very happy International customer base. English: For International orders, once you place an order with us for the first time we will bill your card an undisclosed non-refundable amount for under $2 U.S. dollars in which you will then need to contact your Bank or Credit Card Company to get the amount in U.S. Dollars that we billed you. We will only process your order when this information is e-mailed to us. This is a security measure we take to make sure you have access to this account. This is only a one-time process for all international customers. Once you confirm the amount we will put you on file, so that you do not need to do it for future purchases.
