LIGHTER POLICY
**ALL LIGHTERS HAVE A MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY.** DUE TO OUR LOW SELLING PRICE WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS PASSED OUR RETURN POLICY PERIOD WHICH IS 72 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING THE LIGHTER, ALL RETURNS AND/OR REPLACEMENTS WILL FALL UNDER MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY AND WILL BE HANDLED BY THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY. ALL LIGHTERS ARE SHIPPED IN WORKING CONDITION, IF THEY HAPPEN TO BE DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING OR YOU FIND A DEFECT WITH THE LIGHTER WHEN YOU FIRST RECEIVE THE LIGHTER, PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIVING A DEFECTIVE LIGHTER AND WE WILL BE MORE THEN HAPPY TO FIX IT OR REPLACE IT, AFTER THE 72 HOUR PERIOD YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER AND THE WARRENTY THAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE LIGHTER. DO NOT USE NON REFINED GAS it will cause a good lighters to stop working, if the Gas you use for butane lighters are not at least tripple refined it will clog the jets of the torch lighters we sell, whether they are Colibri Lighters or NIBO lighters. Please use the gas we sell, if you can't find that gas use a triple refined gas only. Each type of gas will make a lighter work differently; lighters are actually designed to work with a certain type of gas.
